     Within 1 day of my posting, I had 3 offers to help! I wasn't actually looking to adopt him out, I was looking for a temporary home - which is asking a lot! There are some truly wonderful people here, and I am so very grateful to have a safe place for my dog during this difficult time. It is a huge weight off my mind knowing that he will be well cared for and we will be together again soon. I have been looking for months to place 3 of my older purebred cavaliers and could never find quality people. I have also found a terrific rabbit to adopt as well and we are hoping we will be able to adopt a gaited horse through Rescue Me!

     Jeff, your site is awesome. We found Sparkie a new home and I will definitely be sending in a donation to this wonderful site. I did not want to turn him over to the Humane Society because they remove the owners from the process. Kudos to whomever thought of this process. The owner is in totally control and can interview and get to the know the owners. In our case, not only did we find Sparkie a home, we were blessed with some new friends in a state over from us.
